Artist Submissions and Proposals

The Missoula Art Museum accepts exhibition proposals on an ongoing basis, with submissions reviewed quarterly. A complete proposal includes contact information, an artist bio, artist statement, and a resume or CV, along with a full exhibition proposal covering title, artwork descriptions, concept and contextual statements, and technical requirements.

Applicants should also provide 10 high-resolution artwork images, and are encouraged to include ideas for public programming, community collaboration, and accessibility considerations, as these strengthen proposals. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
