Art can help us find joy and express ourselves freely. It can also regulate our body and mind. We will use breath drawing to become more courageous, printmaking to see our art grow and change, collaborative projects to help us be kinder, and dance painting to get our whole bodies involved with movement. Mindfulness practices will help us build an inclusive community and create amazing art at the same time!
March 25–29, ages 7–12 // $90/81* per session
