Saturday Family Art Workshop: Creature Features

These popular workshops are designed for parents and children to work together but children (and adults!) are always welcome alone if they are over age 7.

This is a special Family Art Workshop—absolutely free and a little longer than usual!

Courtney, who recently was awarded an Artist’s Innovation award from the Montana Arts Council will guide participants in using plastic clay to make an original creature. Once built, you will use writing and drawing to create the story of your creature’s life, history, adventures and environment. Each participant will leave with their creature and a small journal filled with drawings and writings. Limit: 15 participants
