Drawn West was exhibited at the Faulconer Gallery at Grinnell College (Iowa) and at the Missoula Art Museum in 2005. Her pastel landscape paintings capture the story between departure and arrival points, presenting the viewer with observations of where the land becomes more than a dry surface and of where the light becomes an element not passively rendering objects visible, but actively filling and defining space. It includes essays by Donald Doe, lecturer in art at Grinnell College and Stephen Glueckert, MAM Curator of Exhibitions.
