NEW! Teen Art Guide
This brand-new program is open to young people ages 13-18. Our Teen
Art Guides (TAGs) will collaborate with museum staff to develop tour
content designed for their peers, lead tours and discussions of our
exhibitions, and will act as liaisons between the museum and high
schools. This is a really unique opportunity to be an integral part of
the MAM and to learn about the ins-and-outs of a contemporary art
museum. Please click here to download an application and be part of this innovative new program!
Art Guide
MAM needs a strong corps of Art Guides throughout the year to lead
groups of students and community members through our exhibitions.
Trained Art Guides are especially needed for the Annual Fifth Grade Art
Experience in which a different fifth grade class visits MAM every day
for over eight weeks. This year's Fifth Grade Art Experience begins
February 20, 2008. Trainings will be held March 11, 5-7pm, March 13, noon-2pm, March 18, 5-7pm, and March 20, noon-2pm. Click here to learn more about Art Guides.
